I need a part for my Dolphin pool cleaner but I don't see it on the parts breakdown. Is there still a chance you may still have it?

The manufacturer which is Maytronics, does not offer all parts for sale. If you don't see a part on the breakdown you can give us a call. For parts that they do not consider "DIY (do it yourself), you will need to contact them and send in the cleaner for repair.

Please advise as to how soon I would receive my pool cleaner bag. I need one quickly and do not want to purchase from a retail store. I found one at the same price in another town. Can you help?

I have a Dolphin Diagnostic Advantage cleaner. According to the parts list the bag part number is Part #9995430-R1. Please recommend the correct bag to order. Also, I am happy to report that this cleaner has been a workhorse since 2015 without a single problem.
