I need this same part, but with 2 prongs to fit a Dolphin Nautilus Pro ~2015. Do you carry this OR know the part #?

Hi, Jordan. I was not able to confirm if this cable will work with a Dolphin Nautilus Pro. You will have to contact Maytronics at 888-365-7446 since I was able to find anything on that unit, only a Maytronics Dolphin Nautilus Plus.

Replaced Failed Short Cable (Part Number From Maytronics Supreme M4 Motor To The Swivel Connection On The Power Cord)

Written on 11/21/2018 by Guest

The symptom was the cleaner would not come on and move. I suspected the power cable had gone bad and I disconnected the power cable at the swivel joint with channel lock pliers. After doing this I found one of the three pins of the swivel connection had broken and was not making contact to the long end of the power cable. So no power was getting to the motor.

Once the cable is disconnected at the swivel, move on to the motor, open both sides of the M4 cleaner and remove the fan exhaust cover. Then remove the screws holding the motor cover; there are four of them two on each side. You will need a moderately long cross head screwdriver to reach these screws.

Once cover is removed you will have access to the top of the motor/brain case. At this point just remove the screws holding the power cable on the top of motor housing. After completing this, you will need the pliers again to unscrew the plug portion on top of the motor case. Do not squeeze too hard with the channel lock pliers on either section of cable during removal. Also do not over tighten.

Now just reverse the process to install the new cable. It took me about 20 minutes to replace the cable. The replacement part number is 9995793-DIY. Even though it does not state that it fits Maytronics Supreme M4, it is an exact match.
