Does this union (both sides threaded) come apart? Does this union come in a one inches size? What is the cost?

Hi, Philip. This union has a 1.5" MIP threaded side x 2" SLIP side. The manufacturer does not have a 1" union.

PART # 21063-164-000, what is the OD of the male threads? Thanks

Hello Travis.  The Custom Molded Products CMP 1.5 MIP  male thread end has an OD of 1 11/16" and an ID of 1.5".

will this pump be a good replacement for a pinnacle 3/4 hp pool pump?

Hello Lawrence.  The Waterway Champion 3/4 HP Pool Pump model Champs-107 Would be a good replacement for the Pentair Pinnacle 3/4 HP Pool Pump.  Champion 3/4 HP Max Rate Swimming Pool Pump - CHAMPS-107   If you wished to take this opportunity to slightly increase total horsepower, the Hayward MaxFlo XL 1 HP Pool Pump would be a good replacement.  Hayward MaxFlo XL Pump 1 HP   Plumbing alterations for the Intake and Discharge ports may be required for either pump selection.
