What size is the flap that covers steps

The part of the cover that goes over the steps is 4ft x 8ft.

I have a 20'X40' pool with a center step at each long end of the pool how much would it be to get a solid safety cover with drain my center step dimensions are outside dimension 116" X 56" and inside dimension 105"X52" also can i use the same anchor points for my old safety mesh cover.
