This new "Geo Textile" floor pad is the perfect way to protect your new pool liner against sharp objects, roots and even rocks. Liner Guard makes foam pool pad obsolete as it is impervious to almost any sharp object. The Liner Guard product is cut to size and seamed to fit your pool without any cutting or taping as with most foam products. Liner Guard is super tough and adds a layer of cushioning that will help eliminate any unwanted foot prints.

The Gorilla Pad would be conisdered an upgrade from the Liner Guard.

I thought this product would be more sturdy and thicker. It looks like a piece of felt. Not sure how this will contribute to pool protection, but I guess we shall see.
