Q:I am trying to find a replacement part for the arm that attaches to the deck from the handle for the Innovaplas Majestic Above Ground Pool Steps. The part is called the deck support and the part number from the company is 160-001. Please let me know if you have this part.

Q:My pool installer put a sand cove all the way around the bottom ring of my pool. Will the Majestic 8000 steps work with my pool since i have that cove?
A:The Majestic Step (NE1100) will in fact work and install properly on a pool that has a cove of 3” or less. The manufacturer takes this measurement by measuring from the pool wall to how far out the pool cove goes from the wall. You may view or purchase the Majestic 8000 Step via our website.

Q:Do you recommend purchasing a step pad with the Majestic 8000 step as well?
A:We do recommend the step pad with any step for extra protection of the pool liner. We offer a Deluxe Step pad on our website as well.

Q:I noticed that you can add an optional mood light to the Majestic 8000 step. How would you configure this light to the step?
A:Per the manufacturer, the light goes in step, cords goes into the step (inside the pool), behind the step, over the pool wall and into the outside outlet of the house.

Q:I have a cove at my pool wall, will the Majestic 8000 step work with my pool?
A:This may not work as the recommends that it only be used on a straight wall with a flat surface.

Q:What is the color of the Majestic 8000 steps and accessories? How are the steps packaged for shipping?
A:The Majestic 8000 Steps are white. The steps are shipped in 2 boxes (one for the steps and the other for the parts) and are placed on a pallet.

Q:We have a standard Doughboy pool. Before we place an order, we just want to be sure the Majestic 8000 steps will fit our pool.
A:Is your pool a flat bottom pool or is it a dished pool? Basically you need to make sure that the floor where the step will be sitting on is a flat surface. You can view a more in depth description of the Majestic 8000 Step here.

Q:Does the Majestic Wedding Cake Step have a set of steps for the outside of the pool? I do not have a deck,but love these stairs.
