Product Description

Installs at the electrical panel to couple both phases of the 220v circuit. 1:1 ratio. The XPCP allows X10 power line carrier signals to cross between phases at the electrical panel, rather than traveling all the way out to the transformer on the pole and back again, ensuring greater signal strength. The coupler is installed from one phase to another n the breaker panel. The unit may be used in single (split-phase) or three phase installations.

X10 communicates between transmitters and receivers by sending and receiving signals over the power line wiring. These signals involve short RF bursts which represent digital information. Click here for a complete line of X10 Controllers
