hi ! can I use this over existing epoxy paint ??

Hello Erich.  Attached please find surface preparation and application instructions for Olympic ZERON Epoxy Pool Paint.   This product can be applied to an existing epoxy surface, be certain to sand any glossy areas to assure good adhesion.     Surface Preparation    Application Procedure
