do you also sell the tablets for this product? Is this suitable for a 30" deep by 8'across vinyl pool?

Yes for this you can use bromine tablets. Likely only a few per week because you have approximately 1000 gallons of water. You can also use chlorine tablets but would only need approximately a fifth of a chlorine tablet per week because they are larger then the bromine tablets. What's the difference between chlorine and bromine tablets?

Chlorine tablets are typically used to sanitize pools where bromine is normally used in spas as bromine works better in hot temperatures. Chlroine is normally in 3" tablets where bromine is in 1" tablets.
