The tiered fountain head platform floats on the water surface and creates a sprinkler type fountain display. It will work in above-ground and in-ground pools. I have the rock fountain. It has been working great but today the hose keeps popping off the bottom of the fountain. Suggestions?

I would suggest using a Hose Clamp to secure the hose to the bottom of the fountain.
