The 200400T 36" Dual Handrail Drop in Step/Taupe has a ballast tray designed to hold ballast bags filled with sand. You would need approximately 125 lbs of sand to keep the step in place.

What is the weight of the stairs themselves? (Without ballast).
Also - is the railing included, as shown in the photo?
