Then I have a issue, because I ordered the offered replacement tank from your web site. Same dimensions and everything, but it is not going to fit. Need someone to call me to discuss this before it ships out. 248-770-1643

Socket Set
Leak from pump input on valve could not be stopped. Housing cracked. Called customer service numerous times with promises of return calls not kept. I advised I was willing to buy a new one and was told it may be under warranty and the saga began with repeated calls with no help or return calls. Still waiting... It is very disappointing since the product was initially shipped very fast.

I would love to review the product but really because I have not run the filter yet mainly due to poor customer service. This was due to the pool valve being broken upon set-up. When I contacted customer service, I told them of the broken valve even stating I may have overtightened coupler to too a leak. They advised the valve may be under warranty. Two weeks later and repeated calls with no help or return calls as promised, my pool has been stagnant! I told them I would be willing to buy the valve and deal with warranty later but no call backs!! It was initially available on-line, but now states the valve is no longer available with no substitute!!. Makes me think there is a systematic issue with valve.
