Can you tell me where skimmer and return eyeball is located?

The skimmer and the return eyeball fitting are set at a fixed posistion. They are both located on one of the short sides of the pool, the skimmer is positioned approximately 6 - 8 inches from the top of the pool and the return is located approximately 12 inchese from the bottom of the pool.
