a.o.smith replacement boost pump

i chatted with 3 of your colleagues and all 3 said my replacement boost pump from you guys is B625.

I received the pump yesterday. at a general glance i think the B625 pump you sent is to short compared to my old pump and my old motor seems to be permanently attached to the impeller. see attch.

your how-to video shows several bolts connecting the pump to the impeller housing. my current old pump does bot have such bolts connecting the 2.

whats the fix, solution, where do we go from here?

Hi Jeff,

You will need to take the front motor mounting plate off of your old motor to access those 4 bolts. You will remove the motor mounting plate by removing your impeller. See this Video on How to Remove an Impeller.
