I’m putting up a 15’ round, above ground pool and live in San Diego, CA. My husband has Alzheimer’s and we use it for exercise and calm. I need the best solar heater without spending alot of money. I have a chainlink fence to hang, or a storage shed close by. We have tried solar blankets before and they just don’t do it and needs it a bit warmer in the evenings. BTW-we also have grandchildren that come over, if that makes a difference. What do you suggest.
