Aqua Rite Salt Cell

My Aqua Rite screen has a solid red lights on the Check Salt and Inspect Cell.  The salt level is in the correct range and the cell itself has no scaling and looks nice and has a good shine?

I am assuming that I need a new cell, if you agree, can you please tell me what type of cell I need to purchase as a replacment and would I have to update the software?

The serial # on the cell is 5E0701-2066778.  I will be thankful for any information you can give.

Hello Berry1 - It sounds like a bad cell based on the information provided. There should be a TCELL number on the side of the salt cell. What is that TCELL number?
