Bonding and Grounding -- Inground pool, equipment, and retractable enclosure

I have an inground pool, now with and aluminum and polycarbonate enclosure.  I want to make sure I have all needed bonding and grounding.

I have assume that the 2" copper pipe that penetrates the equipment slab (and is probably 30" or 36" until in mates with PVC.  If for bonding purposes.  Grounding of pool equipment occurse there the ground leg of the three-way 240VAV connection.  I have connected the pool equipment grounding to the aluminum superstructure.  My question is whether that structure ALSO needs separate grounding.   If so, does that have to be to an independent grounding rod?  Or is the bonding connection sufficient as indirect grounding of the enclosure?

The last pool electrician around here has retired.  Thanks for your assistance.
