Booster Pump Issue

Polaris Booster Pump on works for about 3 to 5 minutes and then quits working.  We replaced the pump and the new one is doing it as well. We had an electrician check to be sure there was nothing going on with the wiring or any voltage issues; all was firing up as it should. Had a pool company come out to see what they could tell us and they said we needed to replace the pump. The problem is the pump is new.

Good afternoon. In these cases, you will need to get with the retailer that you purchased the unit with asap. In some cases, you can contact the manufacturer directly however we recommend starting with the retailer first. You may need the serial number of the unit and the invoice for the inspection by the pool company.
