Hello VeroPossible - We’d be glad to assist you. The variable speed motor replacement would be model ECM16SQU.

We would recommend replacing the seals when you replace the motor. Assuming this is a Whisperflo pump, the tune-up kit is GOKIT32. If you have salt water, order GOKIT32SALT.

Yes, you can. We recommend the PureLine Prime model PL2605. This is a 1.65 Hp variable speed pump.
