Vacuuming an above ground pool

I have a 27’ above ground pool. I have a Clear Bay Cartridge filter setup that I purchased from you.

My pool needs vacuuming and I cannot let the water back into the pool. How do I vacuum the pool with letting the water run onto the ground and not back into the pool?

Hello Tom - Unfortunately, cartridge systems do not allow you to vacuum to waste. However, you could add a 3-way valve between the pump and filter. This way you could close the flow to the filter and you would be able to vacuum to waste.
