Chlorine, ph levels ok. Water is too cloudy. Can’t see bottom
The cloudy water may be dead algae that the chlorine has killed. I would suggest continually cleaning your filter until the water clears.
Chlorine is useless unless the PH levels are correct. I had to write my thesis on chlorine, so pools are easy to maintain but once they are lost, very difficult to recover. Pounding it with chlorine when the PH level is unbalanced only contributes to the problem.
