My pool has a TR-100HD filter that is 18 years old and the fiberglass is scaling on the outside and bleeding water. This is a 15,000 gallon salt water pool. I am trying to see if the TR-100 is an adequate replacement for the HD. My sustems runs at 20lbs or less of pressure.
Hello Toco916 - The TR-100 would be a suitable replacement for your application. The TR-100 has a maximum operating pressure of 50 PSI. Your original TR-100HD has a maximum operating pressure of 75 PSI.
