Plug for SP1610Z1M

I have an SP1610Z1M that was my spa pump that I replaced with a UST1152.

Sinse with SP1610Z1M is still working I want to use it as a motor for a vacuum pump that I can plug in for occassional Vacuum jobs.

Do you sell a wire assembly similar to the 3-Prong Pump Power Cord, 3’, 14 GA, 115V (SPX1250WA) that I can wire my pump with?

I have 20 amp circuits available as I see this pump has a full load amps on 115V of 19.6 amps.

Hi Damion,

The cord would work but the only issue is that 14 GA wire is only designed to handle 15 AMPS so it would be a safety issue if you used that cord. I would suggest trying to find a 12 GA cord with 3 prong plug as the 12 GA wire can handle 20 amps.
