How to contact INYO Pools

I have a host of related questions in addition to those I asked already. I ordered and installed the shaft seal but loud noise continues on motore. Ready to be replaced. But I’m having problems with your inaccessibility and lack of response.

In addition to 3 questions on the forum, I sent 2 directly to customer service via the web form, 2 questions to Pre-Sales (with the 2nd one copied to the 3 owners), and 1 feedback note. I have not received a single reply to any of these.  The CHAT button does not work (Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari, Brave). There is no phone number anywhere on your website. No one is answering questions in the forum either!

And this is the same situation even now! More than TWO years after I posted that.
