Hello, First time question here is my scenario.
I had a single stage pump and CompuPool Salt Generator hooked up to a timer box. At 8am the timer would kick on the pump and salt generator, this will turn both off when the timer ran its course. I just purchased and installed a new Variable Speed pump (Pentair Intelliflo) but it has its own timer and schedules. My issue is now I disregard my timer box and run the pump on its own timer, but my salt generator is also still working on the timer. When the pump turns off from its internal timer, my salt generator stays on. My question -
Can i bypass my timer box, run my pump on its internal timer, and run my salt cell with its internal timer to match the pump run time? This way they both shut off and turn on at the same time?
