Hi my name I Alfredo Zapata I bought a pool pump on 5 / 28 / 2018 my order #i is 851392 the pump has a problem when it tuns on produces a humming sound and doesn’t turn on I have to use a screwdriver and turn the motor then the motor stars working I need help what can be the problem thank you
