I have 24’ round 48" deep above ground pool. I just replaced my sand filter last fall with a new Hayward S180T. Shortly before that I replaced my pump with a Pentair 1.5hp. (Never used the new filter, i bought after pool season) I went to start the pool up this yr and my Intex salt system , model CS8110, is throwing a low flow code. Local pool shops sold me the pump, sand filter w/150lb sand but now I’m second guessing shopping local. I dont know where to start.
Pressure is at about 14-15 when filtering. I also replaced all hoses with similar size last yr too along with another new one this spring when it broke over a weekend when I wasn’t home.Any ideas to help?
Also looking to see if you can match a top rail, as the WI winter tookk my cover off and broke the existing plastic top rail. I believe pool is close to 18 yr old.

We ran across this forum post on Solving Intex Salt System Low Flow Codes there are some good tips and troubleshooting in that thread, please try those tips and report back how they worked.
In regards to the above ground pool top rail, we’d be glad to assist you. For matching above-ground pool parts we will need any or all of the following information. Do you know the make and model of your pool? Pool Size? We will also need a few photos, please supply a close-up photo of your top cap, top rail, and a wide shot showing the pattern of your pool wall. Also if you can pull any part #'s from the top cap, normally this is stamped into the underside of the top cap so you may need to remove the top cap. If you have any documentation from the pool like the owner’s manual then if you could send us the page showing the parts diagram then that is always helpful as well.
