ive got a jandi shpf1.5-2
i would like to convert it to a 1.5hp 8amp motor from the 2hp it has now is that possible and what do i need?

Assuming that you have the original impeller, you’ll just need to replace the motor and seals. The single speed 16/8 amp motor is part number B2854. The backplate o-ring is part number 5020-136.
The shaft seal will depend on your serial number. Serial numbers before P08FF0001 would require part number 5020-086. A serial number after P08FF0001 would require part number 5020-087.
