I have an old Jandy PHPM1.5 Plus HP pump and I’m interested in changing over to a variable speed pump to save on energy cost. My challenge is that Jandy pumps don’t seem that easy to find or purchase. I’m willing to try a different brand but I also know that it may require re-plumbing the pvc fittings. In your opinion, are there any variable speed pump brand/models you can recommend that would easily drop into my existing set up?
I plan on doing this myself and have attached some photos of my current set up. If you need any other dimensions or photos please let me know.
