Hello Craig - Any unused items can be returned within 30 days. There is no restocking fee on the Jandy R0303805 Heat Exchanger. If it defective out of the box, call us and we’ll take care of the replacement. If it fails outside 30 days, the manufacturer is responsible for the warranty.
