I have pump model C48L214134B1 and want to replace pump and strainer basket. Is the right replacement model SP2610X15 ?? If so, is there a model that’s a bit stronger? I don’t want to overload my Hayward sand filter. it’s the 300 lb 244T. I don’t know the entire model since its unreadable.

We couldn’t cross reference that C48L214134B1 number. Could you check that one more time to verify the model number?

There is a C48L2N134B1. That’s a 1.5HP uprated motor. The SP2610X15 is a 1.5HP uprated Hayward Super Pump. If you want something a little stronger, but uses the same motor, you could go with model SP3010X15AZ. That is an uprated 1.5HP Hayward Super II pump.
