Apparently when my inground pool ladder was removed it damaged the wedge assembly on one side. The bolt just turns and turns and the wedge won’t lower enough to slide the ladder back in. The wedge still protrudes into the opening. Is there a way to cut the wedge assembly out and replace it? Any suggestions? Pool company wants $310 to fix.
