Repairing a vinyl liner. I thought initially the liner came loose due to groundwater from a lot of rain, and this still may be the case, however, I now notice a small hole in the bottom of the liner I must repair. Once that is done, I will need to remove air/water from behind the liner. When you say, "use a vacuum to remove air, can a 6.5 hp shop vac be used? I believe there is a vacuum pipe, though I don’t understand how one is used. How would I use the shop vac? Thanks in advance for any suggestions on my situation!
