After running the heater for about 15 minutes the LO event come up and the heater shuts down. I brought in a pool service guy who says that I can’t run the Polaris with the heater. The Polaris takes pressure away. Is that true or is there a fix to adjust the tolerance on the heater?
The booster pump should tap in downstream of the heater. For that reason, the Polaris booster pump shouldn’t be impacting the flow of water through the heater.
The only way it might interfere is if it was incorrectly installed in line before the heater.
