Looking for Motor Bearings

I am looking for bearings for the motor in my Hayward Max Flow SP-1800-Z-1 pump. It is a 1 1/2 HP Century motor C48L2N134 (label photo attached). I can find replacement motors but would like to replace the bearings in the motor I have.
