Just bought motor from you guys, It is running backwards, Switched the wires but didn’t help, don’t think its 3 phase, why would it run backwards and what can i do to fix it. it is the same brand and model that i am replacing
Hello Kenneths - We’d be glad to assist you. If you’re looking at the shaft from the impeller side, it should be spinning counterclockwise. If it is not spinning counterclockwise, contact our customer support at 877-372-6038 and they will assist you with a replacment.
