Pump is running but not creating any vacuum. Pool is plenty full, skimmers and strainer clean, cartridge filters are new this season and clean, impelllar is clean and pump is running, Gasket on pump and stariner is lubed with magic lube. Checked vacuum side fittings with soapy water and no leaks are evident.

- Is the pump strainer full of water? No Air?
