We have a 24 ’ Vogue pool and need replacement parts - top rails and covers. I do not see any online that match our pool, but you said to send pics with measurements so I am doing that. top rail is 5" wide, 2" lip on outside, 1" lip on inside. Length is 53" on outside, 51 1/2" on inside.(angled edges) 2 part Cover is 5 1/4 wide, 4 1/4 deep before 1 1/2 lip on one part and 3" deep, then 2 1/2 bend, then 1 1/2 angled piece. 
Unfortunately, Vogue no longer manufactures the rails and caps for your pool. Your best bet would be to take an existing rail and cap to a metal shop and see if they can create a replica.
So there is nothing that would work in place of the original parts?
