We are putting in a 12’x23’x2’ fountain which will be one foot in ground and one foot above ground. I am not sure what pump and filter I need. Fountain has 4140 gallons with 3 central water sprays. Center of fountain is 5-6’ spray with the other 2 sprays 3-4’. We are setting it up as a clean water fountain. My inspiration photo is below. Is a 1 1/2 hp pump and a front access filter the right equipment? Thanks!

Rereading my post, I left out a few details. The above ground walls are to be concrete 12-14inches thick. I am looking for a skimmer that will not mess up the lines of the fountain by protruding out one side. Attached is the forms up for the walls. The red arrow indicates the proposed skimmer box. I need something that is encased onto the wall with no protrusion. Any ideas would be appreciated.
