So after the big Texas freeze our "creepy crawler" doesn't want to work right. It will run for a while & then falls over on its side. It still runs but it isn't upright. So is there an internal problem ? Can we get parts to fix it?

The first thing I would check is the head float on the back of the cleaner. That may be full of water. If so, it needs to be replaced.

The float was full of water, so we ordered a new one. We shall see if thus solves the problem.
