I noticed on my pool floor some light blueish smudges. Try to scub them off but it looks like its actually part of the pool floor. Have any idea what would be the cause? Probably 5 or 6 small spots.

Those spots could be stains in your pool floor. Check out this video that gives advice on identifying pool stains.
