natural gas not sure of elevation very close to sea level
We’d recommend the Raypak model 014938. This is a 206k btu natural gas heater with a cupro-nickel heat exchanger. The cupro-nickel heat exchanger will hold up well in a salt water pool.

This is really a good idea. Pool gas heaters generally have high BTU ratings, meaning that they raise water temperature quicker than any other type. This is perfect for cooler climates because they can heat pools in cold weather in a short amount of time. Gas heaters can be turned off and still heat the pool on short notice, although this may result in high energy costs. This still makes them ideal for weekend use, when guests arrive, or with second houses or vacation homes. Some models have thermostats to regulate the temperature. Gas heaters can also run in any weather, even windy conditions. Essentially, a gas heater will enable you to swim year-round. But I would like to suggest you when selecting a gas swimming pool heater, you need to consider the following:

b. Efficiency
c. Costs
