I have a 16 round by 4 foot tall above ground Summer Waves pool. Which pump or pump and filter system would you recommend? The pump that came with the pool died the first summer of use and instead of researching something better I simply replaced the pump. But this .16 hp motor doesn’t keep the pool clean and I’m expecting it to crap out too. Thanks for your help.
Being that the filter on that system can only handle so much water flow from the pump, we would recommend getting a complete pump and filer system. Something like the model C2251540LSS would suffice well. It is Hayward 40 gallon per minute pump with a small cartridge filter. The cartridge can last at least 1-2 seasons when maintained well.
