Pool pump wont start

I have a pentair wfe-4 pump. It is only about 2.5 years old and will not start without turning the shaft by hand. It feels like there are some sticky spots when turning it by hand.

It will power on and buzz, but won’t turn the motor. If I pop the cover off the back and turn it with a wrench I can find “smooth” spot in the rotation and it will start and run from there. Any ideas what this may be? I’ve already replaced the capacitor and have taken motor off and checked that the impeller was clear from debris.

My first guess would have been the capacitor. If it feels rough to turn, it may be the motor bearings going bad.

We can recommend the replacement bearings. What is the catalog or part number on the motor label?

Part# looks like it’s 011513. Or motor# 196233

I’ve found 355010S online as well.

That motor would use two 6203 bearings.
