Pump

I have a Hayward sp32900vsp which says it’s a 115v. The motor it’s attached too is a century 220 volt. I hooked up 110v and the digital interface come on and says low voltage. Hook up 220 the digital interface doesn’t come on. Am I missing something. Pump won’t run

That pump model is dual voltage and should be able to run on either 115v or 230. Below is the wiring diagram. I would double-check the input voltage with a multimeter and wire up the motor based on that voltage. Let me know if you are still having an issue and I’ll reach out to a Hayward tech.

Still the same problem. I tried Hayward and waiter 30 minutes and no one answered.

I was advised by Hayward that the TriStar pumps are just now being produced in dual voltage. You may have a model that was built prior to the dual voltage model and it will only have the 230V capabilities. What is the serial number of your unit?
