I have two pumps in my pool equiment. The main filter pump is a Jandy 2HP Stealth pump and the second pump which feeds the large rock waterfall and slide is a Jandy 2.5HP Stealth pump. What other brand pumps are equivalent to these two pumps?
My pool is 20,000 gallons with approximately 25’ - 30’ of head.
The water fall feature on the second pump has about a 5’ rise and 6 outlets including the slide.
The filter is a 60 sq. ft. Jandy DE filter. I have a natural gas heater attached to the system.
When I do the math based on pool size and head I am coming up with a requirement for a .5 - 1 HP pump. Yet I have a 2HP & 2.5HP pump curently. So I am confused as to what pump I really need to get to replace the two Jandy pumps. Thank you for your assitance in finding an equivalent pump.
