I unplugged the pump this morning (brand new pump) to clean out the Basket. Went to plug back in and the pump wont run and is very hot to touch.
The GFCI may have tripped and needs to be reset. Reset the GFCI and see if the pump runs. If not, test to see if you’re getting power at that outlet. If you are getting power and the pump is not running, contact our customer support at 407-834-2200. They can assist you with a warranty replacement.
