Pureline Variable Speed 165

Hello,

I have had the Pureline Variable Speed 165 for exactly 1 year, 3/16/19.  The motor does not seem to generate the RPM’s it is programmed for.  I hear the high sound of it revving up, then it drops to a much quieter sound and loses prime.  In addition, at the end of last season the basket would rarely fill all the way, I would try to increase RPM’s but the same issue was at hand that I am having now.

Good morning Mike. It may be that the controller on the motor has shorted. Please contact our customer service e department by clicking here so we can further look into a warranty procedure if need be.
