I have a Pool Pilot Nana and it says my Purifier is off. I have cleaned the Union Screen, the filter, the Cell and it still says it is off. I am going to take the Tri-Sensor out, but what else could it be?
Hello Volcity22 - Does it say anything else in addition to “Purifier is Off”?
No. I ran through the diagnostics from the screen and everything was good except the Puirfier is off. We just dump in 3 bags of salt and other chemical, but I do not think it every went off. I did just clean the Union Screen and the cell yesterday. The screen was a little clogged, but the cell was ok.
We contacted AquaPilot. Below is their response.
If the Unit does not say anything else besides purifier off, it might be in the off position. Try running the Unit in BOOST mode to see if it gives an error code. If it does not, we will need to give us a call while they are by the unit. We can then try to troubleshoot the unit over the phone.
