Removing motor from pump

Started work on replacing motor and seals last night. The issue i am having is getting the motor to seperate from the pump. I have followed everything in your tutorial video and have tried everything from using rubber mallet/tried working chisel between motor/pump, but cannot get the motor to seperate.

Please advise?
